About Dive Team
Dive Team is a proud PADI 5-star dive center, driven by a profound passion for ocean exploration and conservation. With 16 years of experience, we’ve been dedicated to unraveling the wonders of Cape Town’s waters. Our full-service facility spans over 200 square meters and offers an array of features:
Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy our well-appointed change rooms, private warm indoor showers, and a cozy lounge area complete with complimentary coffee and tea.
Top-Tier Gear: Discover a diverse selection of scuba and freediving equipment in our well-stocked retail space, featuring renowned brands such as Aqualung, Cressi, Apeks, Reef, Aquasphere, Saekodive, and Bigblue.
On-Site Resources: We have our own boat and provide air, nitrox, and pure oxygen stations. Our world-class workshop is equipped with all the tools needed for expert scuba equipment care.
Equipment Rental: Our extensive scuba equipment rental section includes over 30 regulators and BCDs, along with 70 cylinders ranging from 10L to 15L, ensuring you’re fully equipped for your adventures.
Sustainability: We’re committed to eco-friendly practices, utilizing off-grid purified water sourced from an underground river. This water serves for equipment cleaning, showers, and boat washing.
Safety: As a DAN industry partner, we carry oxygen and first aid kits on all dives, be it shore or boat excursions.
Official Permits: We hold a permit issued by SANPARKS, authorizing us to operate a scuba diving business in Marine Protected Areas.
Convenient Location: Dive Team is conveniently located beneath the Blueline Inn, offering excellent accommodation at the gateway to Cape Town’s finest stretch of diving.
Ample Parking: We provide ample parking at our dive center, significantly reducing the logistics of reaching your diving destination, whether it’s a short trip to the launch or dive sites.
