Frequently Asked Questions

Do you rent equipment overnight?

Unfortunately not, however, if you are planning a night dive we can extend our hours to accommodate your needs. Please let us know at least a one day in advance if you are planning a night dive.

Do you offer long term rentals?

Depending on the items, it is likely cheaper to invest in your own equipment. Pop into our store to enquire further!

Do you rent equipment to independent instructors?

Yes!

Do we have to pre-book equipment?

Usually not, peak season can be challenging, but we will always try and make a plan.

We do work on a first come first serve basis.

What if the equipment we rented is faulty?

We regularly maintain and service our equipment and aim to always provide dive gear in top shape. We do understand that sometimes things don’t work 100%, so in the event that your equipment was not up to standard we will credit you for the item after we have checked it with you in the workshop.

What if we don't end up using the equipment?

We understand that the ocean and weather do not always allow for a planned dive to take place. Best is to ask us about weather conditions before renting equipment.

Do you sell your old equipment?

If the equipment is still safe to use and we are able to service it, we will donate it to charities working with underprivileged children instead of selling it.

What sizes do you have available to rent?

BCD’s range from XXS to XL

Wetsuits range from XS to XXL
