Course Itinerary

Meet at Dive Team in Simonstown everyday at 8am and finish between 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Day 1: Paperwork, Knowledge reviews, Equipment setup, two shore dives at Long Beach in Simonstown (Navigation and Buoyancy)

Day 2: Two boat dives (deep and wreck)

Day 3: One elective shore dive choose from the following dives: night, naturalist, fish identification or search and recovery

Prerequisites

Please take note of the following to successfully enroll in the PADI Advanced Open water course:

Minimum age: 12 Years
Duration: 2-3 Days (full time or part time)
Physical abilities: Reasonably fit and healthy, good swimmer
Prerequisites: PADI Open water or equivalent

Method of study: Home study with PADI E-Learning (laptop, tablet or smartphone)

Dives are weather dependent. We will discuss availability, weather and ocean conditions during your course.
